Northern Illinois senior, Brad Dieckhaus, was selected to the National Wrestling Coaches Association’s 2012 All-Academic Team.

Dieckhaus was one of 87 wrestlers in the country to earn the honor, which is given to individuals who boast at least a 3.3 GPA and either advance to the NCAA Championships or sport an excellent regular season win-loss record. Dieckhaus received a 4.0 GPA.

Kyle was four year Purler Wrestling Academy student. He improved from not winning a single match in his first three seasons of wrestling to a 3X Ozark Conference Champion, 2X MO State Qualifier, and a Missouri Fargo National team member.

Kyle graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, He is an engineer, entrepreneur, and inventor.
Kyle strongly believes that the work ethic and mental skills developed through Purler Wrestling Academy has driven him to become successful in all aspects of life. Kyle’s number one goal as a Purler Wrestling coach is to ensure his students are provided the necessary skills to succeed in wrestling and life.

Chad has trained with us since he was a youth athlete. Chad earned our hardest worker/most dedicated award we had each year four years in a row. Unfortunately due to concussions, Chad was not able to compete much of his high school career. Chad began coaching in our SIUE satellite room which he now runs along with another satellite location in Illinois. Chad wrote our entire camp syllabus for all levels of our camps, helped set up Private Team Camps, Dream Season Camps, and helps run our website and camp registrations for all of our camps.
